About Me
Originally from Central NY, I transplanted to Vermont a decade ago. I found my way to Reiki after participating in a program at the UVM Comprehensive Pain Clinic. A whole new world opened up to me as I received integrative therapies such as acupuncture, cranial sacral, massage, and Reiki – treatments I had never even heard of back in CNY!
Being naturally intuitive since I was a young girl, I felt a draw to Reiki. That motivated me to pursue a path where I could work towards not only personal growth, but also to share the benefit of Reiki with others. I was attuned to Reiki Levels I and II and am a certified practitioner in the Reiki tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho.

My Treatments
One on One Reiki Session
During this session, I will work directly with your energy field to restore the flow of your vital life force energy. Reiki is a Japanese form or energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health, while promoting relaxation, peace, and emotional wellbeing. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us.
Distance Reiki Session
During a distance reiki session, you may be in your home, office or other location while I connect with your energy field from a distance. Our method of communication for a distance session can be a video call, phone call or email. Pet Reiki
Animals are highly intuitive to the energies of their surroundings. Reiki can help balance the energy patterns and strengthen the animal's natural healing systems.
